Sarah Pifkin
Client Partner
Q: Tell us what it is you really do here.
A: On a daily basis, my job is to make sure everything that needs to get done, gets done. That may seem vague, but in truth, there's a lot behind that. Thinking creatively about problem solving and being flexible is key. I take on whatever comes my way and look at every project as learning experience. Plus, keeping perspective and sense of humor helps!
Q: What made you want to be a Client Partner?
A: This job is a perfect match for my personality. It changes every day, which keeps an easily bored person (such as myself) thoroughly entertained. It requires thoughtfulness and organization in every aspect. Plus, the benefits of working with so many different people across different industries keeps my mind moving a hundred miles per hour (a comfortable speed for me!)
Q: What things have you done in the past that prepared you for this job?
A: Growing up, my Dad had a small business in the home. As my most honest critic, he taught me how to maintain a work life balance, how to take feedback and most importantly, how to wear many hats. Because of that, I am always willing to take on a new challenge and do my best to bring not only problems but solutions. Beyond that, I learned when you are passionate about what you do, your results will far exceed anyone's expectations... including your own. They say if you love what you do, you'll never work another day in your life!
Q: We hear you're into yoga. Are you pretty advanced? We're not very flexible, ourselves.
A: Advanced?!?! I could only aspire to such an adjective. Really I started Yoga as a way to counteract running, but have fallen in love with it. It's a means of exercise for your body and mind, and teaches you how to stay calm through even the most difficult situations.
Q: So you were raised on a farm. Were there lots of animals? How did that help shape who you are today? :)
A: Growing up on a farm is a great experience, and one I wouldn't trade for anything. Rural life is anything but boring since there is always work to be done on a farm, and sleeping in is never an option. Because of it, I'm an early riser and try to get the most out of every day. I've been accused of cramming too much in and never taking time to relax, but I think it's important to use every day to its fullest. I spend my days committed to keeping in touch with family and friends, living a healthy life and giving everything I have to my work. But don't ask me about famous people (actors, musicians, movies, etc.) I haven't dedicated any time to pop culture.

Sarah can simplify and organize even the most complex of projects. She is a master juggler and is able to do so with energy and a smile on her face. That’s not easy to do!"
