Joe Pratt

Chief Executive Officer

Q: Tell us what it is you really do here.

A: My focus is on enabling our team, and thus our clients, to be successful. That means making sure that we have the right resources and people to do the best we can, while continuing our more than 20-year legacy of success as a business.

Q: What did you do in the past that prepared you for this job?

A: During my 25 year career I have held numerous types of positions. Some of those were on the “manufacturing” side of an enterprise, and others were on the “sales” side. I find that I am comfortable on both sides of a business, and I have gained valuable perspective on how to balance the needs of each. This is very helpful at an agency, as we must harmonize the challenges and opportunities faced by our creative team with those of our team of client partners.

Q: What is your vision for PMG?

A: My vision is to see PMG thrive in a world where advertising and marketing are going through fundamental changes. I believe we have the talent and flexibility to do so.

I have been part of PMG from the very beginning, being the husband of the founder! So my goal is to continue our legacy of quality, integrity, and commitment to clients that Chris built in her 21 years at the helm of this great agency.

Q: You’re an avid sportsman. Care to share any tips for improving your golf game?

A: I’ve always found that I play best when I think the least. So my advice is to turn off your brain if you can! Maybe listening to music while playing would be the way to go…
